The WTNHBA Board of Directors is the governing body of the Association. Its members are legally, fiscally, and morally responsible for the leadership of the Association. Their decisions and actions influence the culture of the Association by setting an example for all its members.
Board members are elected by the Membership of the Association on an annual basis. Board members hold office for a term of 2 years beginning on January 1st on the year following their election.
